Whether you're a history buff or a nature lover, the 30-hectare Ankafobe forest is well worth a visit. This is where the Sohisika or “Schizolaena Tampoketsana” grows, considered to be one of the rarest trees in the world. We will drive on a lovely road, National Road 2. You will see green rainforests, calm rice fields, and pretty waterfalls. On our way, we will stop at a special place called Peyrieras private farm, "Madagascar Exotique." Here, you can see many amazing animals of Madagascar, like different reptiles, geckos, and colorful butterflies. You might even see the biggest butterfly in the world, the Comet Moth! When we arrive in Andasibe, we will visit the Vakona reserve. This is a safe place run by Vakona Forest Lodge. The best part is seeing many kinds of lemurs up close ! You'll see the Sifakas, which look like they are dancing, as well as small bamboo lemurs and lemurs with black and white fur. The reserve also has a place where you can see crocodiles. At night, we will go for a quiet walk in the rainforest with flashlights. We hope to see gentle lemurs, chameleons, and other animals that come out at night. Around 145 km

Today, we delve into the enchanting world of Andasibe National Park. This biodiversity hotspot is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including the mesmerizing Indri lemurs. These magnificent primates, with their distinctive black and white coats, are a true spectacle to behold. As you trek through the lush rainforest, keep your eyes peeled for these gentle giants as they gracefully swing through the trees. With the help of your knowledgeable guide, you'll have the opportunity to observe these creatures up close and capture unforgettable moments. The day continues with the visit of Vakona Reserve. It features a crocodile lake, various species of reptiles and batrachians, several endemic plants and, above all, an islet of lemurs. You will encounter Madagascar’s dancing lemurs also called Sifaka, the small bamboo lemurs and the Maki vari.

In the morning, you will head out to explore the VOI MMA Village Reserve, a natural area dedicated to the conservation of Madagascar’s biodiversity, offering an authentic and immersive experience. Despite its compact size, this pristine sanctuary is a haven for endemic wildlife. Spot the elusive Indri lemurs, the largest of all lemurs, and their acrobatic cousins, the Sifaka lemurs. Keep an eye out for the gentle woolly lemurs as they swing through the canopy. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this remarkable reserve. Today, you will fly to Diego Suarez, also called Antsiranana. It is a cosmopolitan town and capital of the Northern side of Madagascar. Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. On the first day of your stay to the north, you will set off for your walk through the famous 03 bays of Ramena. This site including the «Dunes Bay", the "Bay of des Pigeon Bay" and the "Sakalava Bay", all of those bays are connected. The walk along the bays is superb: wild coasts, fine white sand beaches lined with rosewood, baobabs and flamboyant trees, you will find splendid bathing spots. A 3-hour walk will enable you to discover the rich flora and fauna of the area. Back to the hotel at the end of the day.

Your visit to Amber Mountain National Park begins with a scenic drive from Diego Suarez (Antsiranana) to the charming village of Joffreville, located at the park's entrance. Upon arrival in Joffreville, you'll enter Amber Mountain National Park, Madagascar's first and oldest national park, established in 1958. This volcanic massif rises like a green oasis from the surrounding dry lowlands, creating a unique rainforest ecosystem. The park is a haven for endemic flora and fauna, boasting an incredible biodiversity. Keep your eyes peeled for eight species of lemurs, including the crowned lemur and Sanford's brown lemur, often spotted among the dense foliage. Amber Mountain is also famous for its diverse reptile and amphibian populations, notably chameleons – including the tiny, record-breaking Brookesia micra, one of the smallest chameleons in the world. You'll also encounter a vibrant array of birds, insects, and unique plant life, including impressive ferns, orchids, and towering trees draped with lianas. Your exploration will lead you to discover stunning waterfalls and serene crater lakes, which contribute to the park's rich water supply for the region. After breakfast, we drive to Ankarana. On the way, you will have the opportunity to admire the sharp ochre-colored peaks also known as “Red Tsingy”. Born from erosion, the Tsingy of Madagascar is formation of fossilized shells. The mixture of different oxides and the passing of time have given birth to these so singular fireplaces. You will be able to admire in a spectacular setting of an immensity that sends us back to a forgotten era: the Jurassic. You will discover the Red Tsingy through the savannah crossing and descent on a part of the Analamerana Park near the village of Irodo. Then, take the first small stop in the viewpoint on the surroundings and go down slowly to discover gradually all the site. We will leave the car and walk a few minutes to see the Tsingy in front of you. Do not forget to bring your camera to enjoy this gift of nature. After the visit, we continue the trip to join the village of Ankarana. Around 110 km

Our extraordinary adventure continues with a full-day exploration of Ankarana National Park. Born beneath the sea millions of years ago, this geological marvel offers a breathtaking spectacle of landscapes, each more extraordinary than the last.Unique species have adapted to the harsh conditions of the tsingy, thriving in the arid climate and the pitch-black depths of the limestone formations. Bats, lemurs, and crocodiles play essential roles in the park's intricate ecosystem.As we traverse the suspension bridge caves and venture into the river outlets, we'll witness firsthand the awe-inspiring beauty and diversity of Ankarana. After breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic drive towards the coastal town of Ambanja. The drive itself offers a glimpse into the changing landscapes of northern Madagascar. Nestled in the lush Sambirano Valley near Ambanja, you'll discover the renowned Millot Plantation. This historic plantation, established in 1904, is a true "garden of flavors," famous for its exceptional production of cocoa, vanilla, spices (like pepper and cloves), and essential oils (such as ylang-ylang and vetiver). During your visit, you'll embark on an informative and aromatic tour, learning about the cultivation and processing of these valuable commodities. Witness the journey from plant to product, from the vibrant cocoa pods on the trees to the drying and fermentation of beans. Following your sensory feast at the Millot Plantation, you'll continue your journey to the port of Ankify. From here, you'll board a local speedboat for a picturesque crossing to Nosy Be, the "Perfume Island." The boat ride typically takes around 30-45 minutes, offering stunning views of the sparkling turquoise waters and the surrounding islands as you approach your final destination.
